Currently we do not support offline payments. We use PayPal as our payment processor and accept all major credit cards as well as Buy Now Pay Later options.

If you are unsatisfied with the content of your course, please contact us at support@ciscolessons.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. The refund will be applied to your payment method.

If you still have access to the e-mail address used to create your account, simply use the 'Forgot Password' function at the login screen to reset your password. If you do not remember your e-mail or no longer have access to your e-mail, please contact Support at support@ciscolessons.com for assistance.

Making Courses

Simply navigate to your profile using the button in the upper-right of every page to modify your account properties, including your account name.

At the bottom of any of our e-mails, simply click the 'Unsubscribe' link to be removed from our marketing mailing list. This will not prevent account related e-mails from being sent, such as password reset e-mails.
