Frequently Asked Questions

How can I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription may be canceled from your PayPal account at https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/autopay/

You will maintain full access through the last day of your subscription.

For Example:

If you purchase a $1 7 day trial on June 10th and immediately cancel the subscription, you will have full access through June 17th.

I signed up for a 30-day trial. What will happen after 30 days?

You receive multiple emails from us to remind you that your trial period is about to end. Without any action, the subscription automatically enrolls into our $5 monthly plan. If this is not what you want, you can cancel the account in time before the upgrade.

What is included with the membership?

Members have full access to all of our networking certification video courses.

These currently include courses covering the following certification exams:

  • CCNA
  • JNCIA-Junos
  • JNCIA-DevOps
  • CCDA*

In addition to current video course access, members will also have access to all future courses that are published and have full access to all of our written coursework.

*The CCDA exam has been retired by Cisco, however the information is still value and therefore is still published here.

What our clients say:
"Watched the course twice, studied the Cisco guide, made notes, and passed the CCDA exam first try!"
Daniel Aronyk
CCDA Student
"I very much like the way Ben Jacobson teaches the course, he first goes to the theory or concepts before translating that to actual configuration of the devices. This approach helps a lot for me to follow what is being taught."
Simphiwe Gxotiwe
CCNA Student
"Great Courses! Very Informative!"
Deanna Walker
JNCIA-Junos Student
